The Ride of the Patriots® is sponsored by Patriot Harley-Davidson® and the Fairfax VA Chapter
of the Harley Owners Group®. It is the largest escorted ride to Rolling Thunder®. The event
is scheduled each year on Memorial Day weekend beginning with a ride to the Candlelight Vigil at the
Vietnam Veterans' Memorial on Friday night, an Open House at Patriot Harley-Davidson® on Saturday and
The Ride of the Patriots® to Rolling Thunder® on Sunday.
The Information We Collect
The Ride of the Patriots server collects other information, including the type of a visitor's browser
software and the IP address from which the visitor enters. This information helps us diagnose technical
problems and proactively enhance our products by tracking user trends and interests. We use this
information only in the aggregate so that we can better serve you. This information is in no way tied to
your personal identity.
We also collect information about which web pages were accessed by day and time and within a user's
session. This information is in no way tied to your personal identity.
Users of our surveys may be required to reveal individually identifiable information, such as name,
address, email or telephone number. We collect this information to enable us to improve the event
for the next year.
How We Use The Information
We occasionally compile the information we collect to help us better understand our audience and to
help us communicate with you about the event. These communications may take the form of direct mail,
phone calls or email correspondence.
Under no circumstances do we share the information we collect with third parties.

We take technical, administrative, and physical steps to protect against unauthorized access to and
disclosure of individually identifiable information. All such information is handled securely and is
not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
